4. Intellectual property

The Flopia name, its logo, texts, visual identity and the Site's code are the exclusive property of Flopix and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data collected on the Site (waiting list, private area account, technical logs) is described in the privacy policy. The Site uses no advertising or audience measurement cookies: only strictly necessary cookies (session, language choice).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data, by email to contact@flopix.fr, and the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Use of the Site is governed by the terms of use. Flopia subscriptions, once open, will be governed by the terms of sale.
