Questions about the comparison
Is Flopia as smart as ChatGPT?
It is not the same use. A general-purpose AI can talk about anything; Flopia is deliberately limited to your business, which makes her more reliable for answering your customers and less likely to go off topic.
Isn't an FAQ page enough?
An FAQ is still useful, and Flopia uses it. But customers do not always read it: they prefer to ask directly. Flopia answers with the same information, in one sentence.
Why does hosting in France matter?
Conversations can contain names, addresses or phone numbers. Keeping them on servers in France simplifies GDPR compliance and prevents them from being used to train another company's AI.
