An AI that only answers with your information

Flopia is not an AI that knows everything: she reads what you give her, follows your rules and always leaves the final say to you. Here is what happens, step by step.

Diagram: a visitor's question goes through your information and your rules, then automatic checks, before the answer; any change to the website waits for your confirmation.

She learns your business, not the Internet

You give Flopia your information: opening hours, services, prices, area covered, terms, frequent questions. A few lines are enough to start, or the address of your existing website.

When a visitor asks a question, Flopia first looks for the answer in that information. If she cannot find it, she says so and offers to leave you a message, instead of making something up.

You set her behaviour

Tone: formal or casual, short sentences, warm or plain.
Forbidden topics: subjects to avoid, words never to use, promises not to make.
Required answers: the exact answer to a specific question (prices, cancellation terms).
Special cases: "if someone asks for a quote, offer to leave their contact details".

Before opening Flopia to your customers, you test her in your account and fix anything you do not like.

Every answer is checked

An AI can make mistakes. So Flopia reviews each answer before showing it: a price missing from your information, a promise she cannot keep or a sentence that breaks your rules is detected and removed. Anomalies are logged so you can improve your settings.

She hands over when needed

Complaint, complex request, upset customer, off-topic question: Flopia does not insist. She offers the visitor to leave you a message, and you get the full conversation to take over.

She acts on your website, with your approval

For you, and only for you, Flopia can prepare a change to your website: new opening hours, exceptional closure, description text. She shows you the before and after. Nothing is saved until you click Confirm.

Website actions are first designed for Flopix websites; connecting other tools is done on request.

Everything stays in France

Flopia's AI model runs on our own servers, at OVHcloud in France. Your customers' conversations are not sent to a foreign AI provider, nor used to train another company's model. Your visitors are told they are talking to an AI, as required by European regulation.

Questions about how it works

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Settings are simple fields in plain language. Installing on a website means pasting one line of code, or nothing at all on a Flopix website.

Does Flopia learn from my customers on her own?

No. She does not change her knowledge by herself: you decide what she knows. The questions asked are shown to you so you can complete your information if needed.

What does the visitor see?

A chat bubble matching your website, with a clear notice saying they are talking to an AI that can make mistakes.

What if she cannot answer?

She simply says so and offers the visitor to leave their contact details or a message. You stay in control of what happens next.
