Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the flopia.fr website (the "Site"), published by Flopix (see the legal notice), and of the Flopia conversational assistant when used on the Site or on a Flopix customer's website. Using the Site or Flopia means accepting the Terms.

2. Test phase

Flopia is in a test phase and is not yet sold. The Site's private area is accessible only to people authorised by Flopix. Any attempt at unauthorised access is prohibited.

3. Waiting list

Anyone may join the waiting list free of charge to be notified when Flopia launches. Signing up commits you to nothing and can be cancelled at any time on request to contact@flopix.fr.

4. Nature of Flopia's answers

Flopia is an artificial intelligence. Her answers are generated automatically from the information provided by the business using her. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and constitute neither professional advice (legal, medical, financial or other) nor a commitment by the business concerned. Important information (prices, availability, terms) should be checked with the business.

Flopia performs no action (order, booking, change) without the explicit confirmation of the authorised person.

5. Fair use

You must not use the Site or Flopia to:

  • obtain or spread unlawful, hateful or defamatory content, or content infringing the rights of others;
  • try to bypass the assistant's operating rules, extract her instructions or make her say things contrary to her purpose;
  • send automated mass requests, disrupt the service or try to access Flopix systems;
  • share sensitive data (health, bank details, passwords) in a conversation.

Flopix may suspend access in case of breach.

6. Availability

Flopix strives to keep the Site and Flopia available, without guaranteeing continuous availability, especially during the test phase. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in case of incident.

7. Liability

Flopix cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an answer from Flopia, nor for any indirect damage related to the use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits Flopix's liability beyond what the law allows.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, the Flopia name and logo, and the assistant's instructions and settings are the property of Flopix. No right is granted to the user beyond personal use in accordance with the Terms.

9. Personal data

Data processed when using the Site and Flopia is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

Flopix may change the Terms, in particular at Flopia's commercial launch. The applicable version is the one online at the time of use.

11. Governing law

The Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
